In March I worked as an artist in residence / workshop leader teaching a class of eight year olds in Wedmore in Somerset stop-motion animation for a lottery funded short film they were making.  The finished film was sreened in Wells cinema in June.

A clear and sunny Saturday found me yearning for the hills so I got on my (t)rusty old racer and rode back to West Wales over the mountain road from Llanwrtyd Wells.

Crossing the river mud flats at low tide – the seagulls draw out their dance diagrams in the sand.

Seeking shade from Bristol’s dusty  sun-dazed streets.  A  skull carved in wood in St Stephen’s church.

A recently completed illustrated story poem for an anthology of Welsh story poems.
